I have had wonderful conversations with three lovely friends past and present today. Caused me to pause – got me thinking about my passion for helping women, which is never far from my thoughts. Educating woman who have survived a crisis – death, divorce, health, money; grief and pain often means we stop listening to our body and push on through, pushing thoughts and feelings aside, quietly breaking.

I feel strongly that at such times you need to take a holistic approach to wellness, yet focus on manageable tasks, step by step until you rebuild and get back on the path you want to take forward. Some of my friends have told me they are angry, because other people have told them to get over it, snap out of it, move on. If that sounds like you, I say take as much time as you need, this is your time to figure out what’s next.

So where do I come in?

Listening and helping the person to understand where they are financially, what impact inertia will have, set goals, how / what they can achieve financially and combine with holistic health & wellbeing. Partnering with them on their recovery at their pace.

Would you be interested in a life strategies retreat that brings together a range of experts from various disciplines, and provides a positive supportive environment & network for woman?

What can you do?

Raise woman up and join me.
